First-person ninja parkour game Ghostrunner has received an update adding two new game modes, alongside a premium Neon Pack DLC.

The first of these two free new modes is Wave Mode which, as the name suggests, puts you against waves of enemies. You’ll have to defeat as many of the procedurally generated waves as you can while you get upgrades between each one. Make it past wave 20, and you’ll unlock yourself an exclusive sword.

Next is Assist Mode, which adds a range of toggleable accessibility options to help players get through the game. These include shorter cooldowns on your abilities, slower gameplay and an extra life. Both modes will be included in Ghostrunner‘s upcoming next-generation versions later this month.

Today also sees the launch of a new Neon Pack premium DLC for the game. There’s four sets of lovely glowing gloves and kitanas and leans further into the game’s cyberpunk aesthetic. If you want every cosmetic released for the game so far, you can also pick up Jack’s Bundle which includes this and the Winter and Metal Ox packs.

You can check out a trailer for the Ghostrunner Neon Update below. It’s available now in Ghostrunner for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC and will head to the Nintendo Switch version “in the coming weeks”.
