Fox’s Hitman movie, Agent 47, will now release in the US on August 28 2015 some six months after its previously planned February 27 launch.
No reason the date change has been given.
Agent 47 stars Rupert Friend as the titular hitman, joined by female lead Hannah Ware and Star Trek’s Zachary Quinto.
The movie reboots the Hitman movie franchise and sees Agent 47 helping a young woman – who had been on his hitlist – find her father and uncover the mysteries of her ancestry.
Aleksander Bach is in the director’s chair.
