Epic Games offers Fortnite gamers several ways to purchase V-Bucks. Most players do this from the in-game shop, completely missing deals on the Epic Games Store. However, Epic constantly rewards those who buy V-Bucks from their digital storefront, and right now, you can get an increased cashback for your purchases.
If you are one of the players who buy V-Bucks straight from Fortnite, this article will show you how to get cashback every time you make a purchase.
How to get cash back on Fortnite V-Bucks?
If you buy V-Bucks from the Epic Games Store, you will receive 5% cash back whenever you do so. However, the Fortnite creator has a double cashback bonus running now. This means you will get 10% of your cash right back into your account. The special promotion runs until January 9, 2025, so make sure to use it to your advantage.
The cashback bonus will take approximately two weeks to be added to your account. Once this happens, you will be able to use it for new V-Bucks purchases. On top of this, you can use it to buy all the other items from the Epic Games Store, including new games.
It’s important to note that you can purchase Fortnite V-Bucks through Epic’s store on any platform, not just PC. If you are on PlayStation, for example, open the store on your mobile phone. Once you do so, log in with your Epic Games account and complete a purchase. If your PlayStation and Epic Games accounts are linked, you will automatically get V-Bucks on your console.
Keep in mind that the double cashback promotion runs until January 9, 2025. Once it ends, you will still be able to get cash back on your V-Bucks purchases, but it will be a regular 5% cashback.
