Fortnite just granted massive XP boost to players, here’s how to use it

Earning XP is one of the biggest priorities Fortnite players have in every season. Doing this grants levels and exclusive rewards from each Battle Pass. In addition to this, it is possible to get up to 1,500 V-Bucks by leveling up every season. Due to this, many players will be excited to hear that Epic Games just granted a massive XP boost.

Leveling up in Season 3 doesn’t seem too hard, as several players hit the maximum level in the first week of it. However, this task can be challenging for casual players, which is why every little bit of boost helps. In this article, we will explain how you can take advantage of the latest XP boost in the game.

The newest XP boost in Fortnite lasts for a limited time

With the release of the Metallica collaboration, many Fortnite players have already bought skins of the band members. The collab has brought new things for every game mode, including Battle Royale and Fortnite Festival. On top of this, Epic Games just made Fortnite even more enjoyable by granting a massive XP boost to all players.

The game developer also clarified that the boost lasts for a limited time. In other words, you can use it to level up a few times in the current season. Once you do it, it will expire, meaning that you will earn Fortnite XP at normal rates.

Supercharged XP boosts experienced earned from all in-game actions, which makes it very useful. For example, opening a chest grants 100 XP without the boost, yet you get 600 XP per chest with the boost. It is important to note that the boost does not affect challenges.
