The big featured new additions this season include the Rogue Bike and Nitro Drifter vehicles alongside the Kinetic Blade, Havoc Supressed Assault Rifle, Havoc Pump Shotguns and Overclocked Pulse Rifle weapons.

Players also have a new way of traversing the map – thanks to giant grind rails that you’re able to slide along and will carry you great distances at speed.

Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2 release date

Fortnite Mega – Chapter 4 Season 2 – launched on Friday March 10, 2023.

It’s an interesting choice of date – as the last few seasons have all launched over a weekend, while this one started on a Friday.

Later in the season, players will also get the opportunity to fight as Eren Jaeger from popular anime Attack on Titan, as he’ll be joining the game as an unlock in the Battle Pass in a few weeks time.

Speaking of the Battle Pass – there’s a ton of new cosmetics and more for players to earn. You can read up more on them soon.

As a side note, the update also brings some technical changes, because as of this season PC players will be required to use Windows 10 or higher, and older operating systems are no longer officially supported.

The most recent season – Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 – arrived back in December and brought with it a new map as well as Geralt from The Witcher series and Doomguy from Doom.
