One of the most popular Gaming Legends skins in Fortnite, Master Chief, will return soon. The iconic Halo character was added to the game in December 2020. However, despite being out in the Item Shop more than 70 times, he’s become quite rare. The legendary Spartan was last seen in the battle royale game on June 3, 2022, and many players can’t wait for his return.

According to the latest leak, Master Chief’s return is around the corner. The gaming legend will return to Fortnite by the end of the year, and here’s everything you need to know about it.

Is Master Chief coming back to Fortnite?

Hypex, the most popular Fortnite leaker, claims that Master Chief will return to Fortnite on December 23. Considering that the leaker has an amazing track record, we are inclined to believe him. However, it’s important to note that Epic Games could change the Item Shop schedule. Due to this, the popular supersoldier may arrive a few days earlier or later.

Master Chief costs 1,500 V-Bucks and has two styles. However, the additional style can only be unlocked by playing Fortnite on Xbox Series X|S or through Xbox Cloud Gaming. Furthermore, the skin can be obtained by purchasing the Master Chief Bundle. The bundle costs 2,600 V-Bucks, and besides the skin, it contains the following items:

  • Battle Legend back bling
  • Gravity Hammer pickaxe
  • UNSC Pelican glider
  • Lil’ Warthog emote

The latest Fortnite update has brought many other skins, including free Winterfest cosmetics. However, they won’t be available right away, as Epic Games will release them over the next two weeks. Considering that the Winterfest 2024 event ends on January 5, we expect most of the skins to be released by then.
