Over the past seven years, Epic Games has released thousands of cosmetic items in Fortnite. At first, only a couple of cosmetics, such as skins and pickaxes, were available for purchase. Later on, the game developer added back blings, contrails, loading screens, and many other cosmetics. The newest type of cosmetic item is Kicks, which are shoes you can equip for your characters.
Loading screens have been in Fortnite since its third season, and while they are cool, players would like to see more from them. A recent Reddit post has a perfect suggestion that would make these cosmetics even better, and we are hoping that Epic will see it and implement it.
This Fortnite suggestion would improve loading screens
Reddit user IAmCode003 posted a fantastic suggestion that would improve loading screens in Fortnite. The player asked Epic Games to allow the community to use loading screens as profile banners. Furthermore, IAmCode003 posted a mockup that shows what this would look like.
The suggestion has received a lot of positive feedback and praise, and it’s clear that many other Fortnite players want Epic Games to implement this feature.
While it wouldn’t be a game-changer, it would certainly make profiles look much better. On top of this, implementing this suggestion would encourage players to collect more loading screens, which could result in increased revenue for the game developer.
With Fortnite Chapter 6 around the corner, Epic will certainly release many new features. Some members of the community suggested that loading screens should also be used as lobby backgrounds, which is another great idea. Considering that Creative maps already have custom backgrounds, this feature might be released soon.
The next chapter of the battle royale game is scheduled to come out on December 1.
