Epic Games is finding new ways to improve Fortnite and make it more interesting. According to the latest leak, the game developer is working on a new feature that will make the in-game map much more interesting. Furthermore, another OG season is around the corner, as well as Chapter 6, so players are in for a treat.

The latest Fortnite leak shows map rotation
Fortnite has had many different maps throughout its history. Each of the five chapters has had its own unique islands which have gone through massive changes. On top of this, Fortnite Reload has a different map, which is smaller and inspired by Chapter 1. According to the latest leak, the game developer is working on adding a map rotation.
Epic Games will apparently add another map to Fortnite Reload, although it’s unknown what it will look like. The current map will also stay in the game, although it may receive some changes. These two maps will rotate every 30 minutes, which will make this game mode much more exciting, as well as more chaotic.
At the moment, we don’t know what the second map will look like. However, considering that the upcoming OG season will bring Chapter 2 back, we expect it to be based on it. It will also be interesting to see if this idea will catch on and possibly apply to the Battle Royale mode as well.
Furthermore, the release date is unknown, although Epic earlier revealed that “updates for Fortnite Reload are in the works and planned for release later this Season.” On top of this, the game creator will have competitive prizes in the Reload mode, allowing players to win more than $1 million!
