Many free Fortnite cosmetics to expire soon, including Cybertruck

Epic Games has released many free Fortnite cosmetics over the past few weeks. The summer in Fortnite has been fun, and players who’ve never bought V-Bucks have been able to expand their lockers by unlocking new cosmetics. Unfortunately, many of these items will expire very soon. Due to this, you only have a few more days to unlock them.

In this article, we will take a look at the expiring free cosmetics. Keep in mind that unlocking them is quite easy but also time-consuming.

Cybertruck and other free Fortnite cosmetics will expire soon

The Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration is ending very soon. The collab has been active since July 19, and its event pass contains both free and paid rewards. The collaboration will end on Tuesday, August 6, at 4 AM Eastern Time. In other words, it will be available until the next big update, giving you almost three more days to unlock the free items.

Once the next update comes out, Epic will end Summer Road Trip quests as well. This Fortnite questline has nine free cosmetics, including Tesla Cybertruck.

In total, more than 15 different cosmetics will expire on Tuesday. In addition to them, Level-Up tokens from the event pass will also expire, and XP rewards from the quests will no longer be available.

These are some of the popular cosmetics that you can earn for free until Tuesday:

• Skeleton Keys keytar
• Skull and Crossed Swords backbling
• Jack’s Cutlass and Bane pickaxe
• Jack’s Prize backbling
• Jack’s Ship glider
• Cybertruck car body

All of these items will come to the Fortnite Item Shop at some point. However, their shop release date might be a few months away, or even a year. On top of that, once these cosmetics come to the shop, they will no longer be free. Due to that, this is your only chance to get them without spending your precious V-Bucks.
