With the next Fortnite season quickly approaching, Epic Games has prepared another event. The event files were added with the v33.30 update on January 31, but the game developer hasn’t decrypted them yet. However, it’s just a matter of time before this happens, as the event is supposed to take place in the last two weeks of the season.
Chapter 6 – Season 2 is set to arrive on February 21. According to leakers, Epic will introduce us to a new season using this event. Without further ado, let’s check everything that has been leaked about it so far!
The next Fortnite event will take place at the end of the season
Wenso, one of the most popular Fortnite leakers, revealed a couple of details about the upcoming event. It is important to clarify that this will not be a big live event. Instead, Epic Games will release a longer in-game event that will be used to tease the upcoming season. Most of these hints will most likely be released through a new quest line, and we may get a shorter event, similar to those in Chapter 5.
The Fortnite leaker revealed the following regarding the next event:
- It will have combat elements
- The event will include at least one new quest
- There will be a countdown
- Daigo’s NPC will tease the event
The precise release date and time of the event remain undisclosed. However, with only two weeks left in the season, we anticipate teasers to drop soon. While the theme for the next Fortnite season has been leaked, we’ll need to wait a little longer for further details.
