Next Fortnite map has been leaked ahead of its release

The next Fortnite season is scheduled to come out on Saturday, June 7. Over the past 24 hours, leakers have shared many interesting details about it, including its Battle Pass. On Friday afternoon, a new leak showed all the map changes coming with Chapter 6 – Season 3, including new named locations and landmarks.

Once again, Epic Games will change a big part of the island. Star Wars-themed locations will be removed, as well as a couple of other places that have been in the game for a couple of months.

Upcoming Fortnite map changes have been leaked

The next season will come a few hours after the live event, which is set to go live at 2 PM Eastern Time. The event will include the Death Star, which will likely cause massive damage to the island. Due to this, many locations will be changed or removed.

According to iFireMonkey, a popular leaker, these are all the locations that will be affected:

• First Order Base
• Magic Mosses
• Masked Meadows
• Outpost Enclave
• Resistance Base
• Seaport City
• Vader Samurai’s Solitude

Hypex shared the list of all the new locations coming with the upcoming Fortnite season. The list includes a couple of locations from the first season of Chapter 6, as they will most likely return to their original spots.

• Supernova Academy
• Demon’s Domain & Dojo
• Spire Spike
• Scout Spire
• Overlord Spire
• Demon’s Dojo
• Hopeful Heights

The Fortnite minimap hasn’t been revealed yet, but considering how many leaks we’ve had recently, it’s just a matter of time before it comes out. While we do know the named places and landmarks that will be on the island, the map will likely feature some unique mechanics which are yet to be leaked. For now, it appears that Spiderman-themed Sprites will be scattered over the island, yet their purpose is currently unknown.
