The studio behind the genuinely disturbing, but really great Detention is back with new game Devotion. And if the teaser is anything to go by it'll be just as much of a mind-bending, weird ass time.

Set in 1980's Taiwan, Devotion is a first-person horror game that takes place in a family home that was once lovely and nice but has since 'turned into a hell-like nightmare,' according to developer Red Candle Games.

It looks a fair bit different to Detention; the studio has decided to go for a more realistic aesthetic this time around. Puzzles will be prevalent once again, though, as you aim to figure out the mystery of what's happened – oooooooh, exciting. No word on a date, or what this will be coming out on as of yet.

I really liked Detention, in case you couldn't tell, so I'm well up for whatever's next for the Taiwanese studio.
