Brazil, alongside France are one of the countries that boast a plethora of players to pick from.
Players are scattered across the world so you can never run out of options when it comes to selecting Brazilian players for your squad.
This also allows you to make your squad unrestrictive and opens up options to diversify your squad a lot.
With chemistry changes being a lot more relaxed this year, the skies the limit to what you can craft with your squad, but having a Brazilian players definitely helps!

England is a a good nationality to choose for a starter pack because so few of the players play outside of the UK. So if you get a good English player, the chances are they’re most likely going to be playing in the Premier League.
There are a few playing outside of the UK, but again, they’re largely decent players. So if you’re lucky enough to pack a Tomori or Tammy Abraham out of your starter pack, then you’re set for Serie A.
The only downside to choosing England, is that there are four leagues in English football. Meaning there is a very large pool of players, who aren’t great on FIFA 23.
Italy
Italy is a bit like England when it comes to FIFA 23. The vast majority of Italian players, play in Italy. So if you enjoy Serie A then this is the right starter pack for you.
There is also only two Italian leagues in FIFA 23, so the margin for failure is a lot lower than it would be when choosing a nation like England or Germany.
