Fallout 4's Pip-Boy Edition will not be restocked once its current allocation has sold out, Bethesda has said.
Retailers were given their final allocation of the £99 limited edition earlier this week, but once they're gone, they're gone.
"This last allocation was the final one to all stores in all territories," PR and marketing exec Pete Hines explained on Twitter. "Each store is being given their final allotment. How and when they make the available is up to them. But no more are being made."
Bethesda ordered more units to be manufactured following the strong reaction from fans last week, Hines says, "but that's it".
"There are only so many we can make and maintain a level of quality," he said. "We don't own our own factories."
The Pip-Boy Edition includes a copy of the game packaged in a special Capsule Case, along with an exclusive wearable Pip-Boy that can be paired with a smartphone to interact directly with the game. Stock appears to have completely sold out in the UK.
Fallout 4 launches on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 10.
