Fallout 4 will not be revealed at tomorrow’s VGX awards, despite heavy speculation to the contrary.

Bethesda marketing man Pete Hines shot down rumours of a reveal in a tweet last night, saying: “No, folks. I am not going to VGX. Bethesda is not showing/talking about anything at VGX. Just some PR meetings in LA. Take deep breaths.”

Fallout 4 had been heavily rumoured to be revealed during tomorrow night’s show, with a countdown clock on website thesurvivor2299.com having been thought to be linked to the unannounced RPG.

Bethesda announced back in April that it had ceased work on Skyrim content to move onto its “next major project”, thought to be a Fallout title.

Still, even without Fallout 4 there’s still plenty to look forward to during tomorrow night’s show, including the first look at Quantum Break gameplay, new footage of The Division and a look at an upcoming Wii U game.
