Anime collabs are always an instant hit with Fortnite players as plenty of fans of the genre play the game. Over the years, Fortnite has had some of the best in-game crossover with anime right from Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, and Avatar The Last Airbender.
Furthermore, fans have long asked for more anime collaborations with popular shows like One Piece, Death Note, and so on whenever the community speaks about what’s next. However, now a leak has surfaced which reveals one of the most popular anime out there may soon arrive in the game.
Fortnite x Demon Slayer crossover leaked to arrive in Chapter 6
Fortnite is all set to wrap its current Chapter 5 with the Remix Finale live event which will bring about its latest Chapter 6, which is said to be Japanese-themed. Plenty of leaks surrounding the new season are already out there and among them, a new one has appeared which suggests Demon Slayer anime will be the game’s next big crossover.
The leak was revealed by popular data miners such as HYPEX and ShiinaBR, both of which were confident about the collab arriving soon to Fortnite. Fans of the anime and popular manga have their hopes held up high with characters such as Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Muzan becoming in-game outfits when the collab hits.
One such fan wrote, “LETS GOOO MY BOY TANJIRO IS COMING.” Another user said, “Called this, and I’m absolutely thrilled that Demon Slayer is coming. One of my favorite shows and Epic better do 2 waves of this and add a lot of skins from the series. There’s so much potential here. Even using the swords as mythics with different techniques.”
A third fan commented, “Chapter 6 is destined to be one of the greatest.” Another replied, “I remember voting for it in the survey for what I heard about.”
While all the leaks point towards Chapter 6 bringing a lot of Japanese influence to Fortnite, it is also quite possible that another collab that ties in perfectly with Demon Slayer, which is with Cyberpunk 2077 may finally arrive in the game.
