Lima Sky has announced that Doodle Jump has now sold over three million copies on the iTunes App Store. The game has occupied the No.1 paid app spot in the US, UK, Germany, Australia and other territories.

According to Lima Sky the addictive game is played over five million times a day.

“Selling over three million copies of Doodle Jump is beyond our wildest expectations,” noted Igor Pusenjak, President and Founder of Lima Sky. “We have to thank our incredible fanbase for their undying support, none of this would be possible without their help.”

In Doodle Jump, players guide Doodle The Doodler on his journey up a sheet of graph paper. On his way up, Doodle The Doodler can pick up jet packs, must avoid black holes, and occasionally blast baddies with nose balls as he jumps from platform to platform.

The game is available now for £0.59 on the iTunes App Store.
