Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred release time countdown and how to pre-load

Diablo 4 was able to enchant fans with another hellishly good adventure, quickly becoming one of the most-played action RPGs of last year. More content will be coming to the game, as Activision Blizzard is adding expansions to keep fans playing. And so we enter the release date and time countdown period for Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, the latest, new campaign that can be pre-purchased right now.

Vessel of Hatred was first announced in last year’s BlizzCon event, with a CGI trailer later shown during this June’s Xbox Games Showcase. Gameplay trailers have since been shown, giving fans a preview of the massive jungle setting of Nahantu they will soon visit.

We’re only a few days away from the release of Activision Blizzard’s Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred expansion. Now that the expansion is near, fans looking for a reminder about the release date and countdown should continue reading.

Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred will be coming to PS5, Xbox Series, and PC on October 7, as confirmed by Blizzard.

It’s been a rocky road for the Vessel of Hatred release, with the game’s release trailer accidentally leaking a while back. Some fans also found the official trailers annoying since they seemingly spoil who the final boss is, though that hasn’t been confirmed.

When does Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred come out?

The release time for Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred is 4PM PDT/7PM EDT/12AM BST on October 7th.

Activision Blizzard confirmed the release times for their upcoming expansion, while also revealing the pre-order bonuses for those who buy the game early.

Players who pre-order Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Edition will get the following bonus items:

• Mother’s Lament Legendary Gem for Diablo Immortal
• 1 Month of Game Pass Ultimate

How to pre-load

Players with a Battle.net account can pre-load Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred right now. Simply purchase the expansion and download it for your account.

Those on PS5 and Xbox Series systems will have to wait until October 5 to pre-load the expansion. Once again, players simply need to buy the expansion and download it to their copy of the game.

Unfortunately, Steam players won’t be able to pre-load the game. Once the expansion comes out, they have to purchase Vessel of Hatred then download it into their game.
