The Diablo 4 early access period is finally here and in typical Blizzard fashion, players have once again been met with a slew of problems that prevent them from actually playing the game. Although the previous server slam event largely went smoothly and without issue, it seems that the seamless pre-release phase was only an outlier as fans have now started demanding refunds because of the time they’ve wasted while waiting.
According to several player accounts, people have collectively been experiencing the same issue upon attempting to log in to D4 servers. Error code 315306 or the “unable to find valid license” message has been the main problem this time around much like how it was during the opening day of the server slam event.
Unfortunately, players are still getting stuck on this issue as the developers are yet to provide an actual fix for this error code. Even though the Blizzard support team has stated that they’re working on fixing it, irate fans have now started heading to various social media sites like Twitter and Reddit to demand refunds for their pre-orders.
Now, this reaction from the community isn’t exactly surprising since this has often been the cycle for each Blizzard release. Luckily, there are still a few level-headed fans keeping their cool throughout the chaos that are telling those screaming bloody murder to wait until the developers fix the issues on their end.
Based on Blizzard’s previous track record, though, they are most likely on their way to getting the servers fixed and it’s only a matter of time until you’ll finally be able to start your campaign through Sanctuary. While you wait, though, check out our guides on how to get a mount and how to switch weapons in Diablo 4 so you won’t have to waste time learning about these things later on.
