Destiny’s companion app has launched on iOS and Google Play ahead of this week’s beta.
The free app lets players keep track of their stats, compare their Grimoire score, message Bungie, Xbox Live and PlayStation Network friends and, according to an earlier report, manage your Guardian by implementing armour changes in real-time.
The app was previously released as the Bungie Mobile App. If you’ve already downloaded that, you’ll be upgraded to the new version with the latest update.

The Destiny beta launches on PS4 and PS3 tomorrow, July 17, and on Xbox One and Xbox 360 next Wednesday, July 23.
