Delta Force devs will make more campaigns if the community wants them, but they need to fix the current one first

Delta Force developer Team Jade released its full remake of 2004’s Black Hawk Down for free earlier this year. Recreated in Unreal Engine 5, the campaign is an extremely pretty, extremely hard, game designed for tactical co-op play.

With a new “Solo Mode” in the works to aid single-player gamers, Team Jade is dedicated to making the campaign better with a host of new improvements. But what comes after that?

Are more Delta Force campaigns happening?

Speaking to VideoGamer, Delta Force Game Design Director Ricky Liao revealed that the team won’t say no to the prospect of remaking more campaigns. However, the focus right now is on making the current game as good as possible.

“While we’re focused solely on Black Hawk Down right now, we’re always listening to our community and keeping an open mind about future possibilities,” Liao said. “Never say never, but our priority at the moment is to support and improve the current campaign.”

Liao explained that the launch of the game has been “overwhelming” with millions of players jumping into both multiplayer and single-player modes. With a heap of new content coming to the game and more versions on the way, Delta Force’s run is far from over.

“It’s been amazing to see so many players enjoying the game, and we couldn’t ask for a better community,” the director said. “We’ve got a lot of exciting content lined up, and our focus is on consistent updates, new features, and engaging events to keep players excited. We’re also working to bring Delta Force to more platforms, including mobile on April 21st, with console versions soon after. We’re committed to keeping the momentum going.”

Delta Force is available right now as a free-to-play game on PC. While the mobile version of the game is releasing on April 21, 2025, there’s still no release date for the game’s console ports although they are set to release this year.
