It’s one of the most anticipated crossovers of all time for the horror multiplayer experience, and the new DBD survivor is officially Trevor Belmont. A lot is happening in the world of Dead By Daylight. The August 2024 roadmap confirms a bunch of upcoming skin collections, meanwhile, BeHaviour has confirmed that the release date for The Casting of Frank Stone is September 3rd. Not only that, but BeHaviour Interactive has also just announced that a collaboration with Five Nights At Freddy’s is officially happening next year.

The Casting of Frank Stone and the rest of year 9, as well as next year’s FNAF crossover, are massively exciting prospects. However, right now, fans can play the DBD x CastleVania Chapter 33 PTB to experience first-hand the new survivor perks for Trevor Belmont.

Below are all of the new Dead By Daylight x CastleVania Trevor Belmont survivor perks for the DBD Chapter 33 PTB:

New Perk: Eyes of Belmont

• When a generator is completed, the aura of the Killer is revealed to you for 1/2/3 seconds. Any time the Killer’s aura is shown for a period of time, its duration is increased by 2/2/2 seconds.

New Perk: Exultation

• Stunning the Killer with a pallet upgrades your held item rarity to the next tier, then recharges 25% of the item’s maximum charges. Rarity is not kept at the end of the trial.This perk has a 40/35/30-second cooldown.

New Perk: Moment of Glory

• This perk activates after you open or rummage through 2 chests. When you become injured, you become broken. Automatically heal 1 health state after 80/70/60 seconds. Then, this perk deactivates.
  This effect is cancelled if you enter the dying state. This perk will not activate if you are already suffering from the Broken status effect.

How to play Dead By Daylight x CastleVania Chapter 33 PTB now

You can only play the Dead By Daylight x CastleVania Chapter 33 PTB if you own the game on Steam. Assuming you do, simply follow the below steps:

• Right-click Dead By Daylight in your Steam library 
• Select “Properties” 
• Head into “Betas”, then select Public Test Build from the list 

Unfortunately, public test builds are not available to sample on PlayStation or Xbox consoles, and they are also not available on the Epic Games store. If you play the game on any of these aforementioned platforms, you will have to wait until August 27th for the bundle to come out. There is a new killer and survivor, but no new map, so the DLC is expected to cost £6.49.
