Dead By Daylight has a lot of fantastic plans for next year, and this is from only knowing a couple of official crossovers on the way. We know about a crossover with FNAF, and we also know about a collaboration with the world renowned Junji Ito. The anime/manga horror collaboration is set for early next year, and DBD leaks have revealed awesome Junji Ito skin renders along with spine-chilling sounds and more.
Before the new year begins, make sure to get all 1,500,000 Bloodpoints on offer during December 2024, and also make sure you get all of the Bone Chill 2024 rewards. As for next year, leaks claim we are getting Tokyo Ghoul in March, and there are also leaks claiming we are getting a chapter with Jurassic Park/World.
While neither Tokyo Ghoul or Jurassic Park are official, BeHaviour has confirmed a collaboration with Junji Ito. This is arriving in the form of skins, and Dead By Daylight leaks have revealed how brilliant they look along with amazing SFX that accompany them.
Dead By Daylight Junji Ito collection leaks
The release date for the Dead By Daylight x Junji Ito skins collection is January 7th. This was announced during the Doomed Course livestream, and is official on the DBD collections webpage.
As part of the crossover, there will be Junji Ito-themed skins for the following killers and survivors:
- The Artist
- The Spirit
- The Dredge
- The Trickster
- The Twins
- Yun-Jin Lee
- Yui Kimura
- Kate Denson
Arguably the two best skins are for The Artist and The Spirit. These are Legendary skins that turn The Artist into Miss Fuchi from Rumors and Fashion Model, meanwhile, The Spirit’s Legendary skins transforms her into Tomie Kawakami.
Both of these Legendary skins include unique sounds and voice lines, and Dvveet has shared examples on X. Both Miss Fuchi and Tomie Kawakami sound spine-chilling, as if their designs weren’t creepy enough.
In addition to the SFX, Dveet has shared renders of the cosmetics, and they all look fantastic! We cannot wait for them to arrive, and we’re definitely ready to buy come day one.
Lastly, the Dead By Daylight leaker also shared images of Junji Ito banners and badges. The art style is as gorgeous as you’d expect, and, again, we cannot wait for the new year so we can enjoy the crossover.
