Ever since its announcement last year, Five Nights At Freddy’s has been the most anticipated Chapter for Dead By Daylight. It is set to finally arrive in June, but there will be a DBD public-test build in May following its reveal at PAX EAST 2025. When does the Dead By Daylight FNAF Year 9 anniversary livestream start?
As per the official PAX EAST 2025 schedule, the Dead By Daylight FNAF Year 9 anniversary livestream will start at 8AM PT/11AM ET/4PM BST on May 9th.
The DBD anniversary livestreams are always exciting, and this is arguably the biggest yet thanks to the inclusion of Five Nights At Freddy’s. BeHaviour has confirmed that FNAF will be a part of the livestream, and we’re expecting to see a trailer along with the reveal of the killer and survivor.
It’s also possible there could be skins as well as a map, but we just don’t know as of writing. Thankfully, the reveal isn’t too far away, so all questions will be answered soon.
BeHaviour has stated numerous times that there will not be a PTB on the same day as the anniversary livestream. There’s no official date for the public-test build as of writing, but, as per the May 2025 roadmap, it is expected to be available for Steam users on May 27th.

How to watch DBD Year 9 anniversary livestream
For everyone not attending PAX EAST 2025, the livestream will be watchable on the official Dead By Daylight YouTube channel. You will be able to watch the broadcast live from 7:30AM PT/10:30AM ET/3:30 PM BST on May 9th.
While the reveal of the Five Nights At Freddy’s Chapter is the most exciting, there’s other announcements to anticipate. There should be the reveal of the Year 10 roadmap, which should include release windows for new licensed and original killers and survivors for 2025/26.
