Copperhead has been announced as one of the eight assassins features in Batman: Arkham Origins. The character was revealed at a Comic-Con panel.
The version of Copperhead featured is from The New 52, meaning the character is female, and rather than wearing a snake costume is an anthropomorphic snake woman. Copperhead is a member of the Secret Society of Super Villains.
