Nintendo is preparing to launch Wii U in two new colours, according to listings by Toys R Us France.
Spotted by a member of NeoGAF, the listings suggest that ‘Cherry’ and ‘Mango’-coloured Wii U consoles will launch later this year, joining the previously released Black and White SKUs.
According to the listings, the Cherry Pack will launch on November 27 for €299.99 (£254) with the Mango Pack coming in at €249.99 (£211) on December 4. It is not clear what will be included in the packs beyond the coloured console or why one is more expensive than the other.
Nintendo has yet to announce any additional colours for Wii U, and told VideoGamer.com that it “does not comment on rumour and speculation” when contacted about Toys R Us’ listings earlier today.
