Capcom’s Keiji Inafune recently showed up at Halo developer Bungie for a bit of a studio tour and to get a feel for what made them tick, also suggesting that the pair could one day collaborate on a title.

“Bungie is an amazing studio that has made incredible games,” Inafune told Bungie (published in the latest Weekly Update). “So I was always curious about how they made their games in hopes of being up to add some of the flavour into Capcom games.”

He added: “Also, I wanted to come down to Bungie in order to see just how well our philosophies on game design matched up. If things clicked, I know it would be interesting to collaborate together on a title in the future.”

Given that Bungie is now an independent studio, who’s to say we won’t see a Capcom Bungie game at some point down the line.
