Rocksteady has confirmed that the Batman Arkham Collection, which brings together three Batman games in one pack, will be heading to retail later this year.

The collection, which has been available digitally on Xbox and PS4 since last year, contains the current-gen upgraded versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, as well as 2015's Arkham Knight in one package along with all of the DLC for the games. Notable by its absence is the non-Rocksteady developed Batman: Arkham Origins from WB Games Montreal.

The package was first leaked by a listing on Amazon – and there's apparently a couple of reasons that sweeten the deal over the digital version. First off, it's set to come in a snazzy Steelbook, and second of all the PS4 version is set to include the exclusive Earth 2 Dark Knight skin for Batman in Arkham Knight, which was previously only available to those who attended the Arkham Knight presentation at E3 2015 or via a US-only promotion with energy drink Mountain Dew.

Said information and the confirmation was tweeted out by Rocksteady's marketing manager Gaz Deaves, who also announced that the skin would be made available to download for all existing owners of Batman: Arkham Collection on PS4 as a free download 'early next year'. Batman Arkham Collection is set to launch at retail on September 6.

What's Rocksteady working on next? We've no idea, but they're staffing up and we're hoping for an announcement soon.
