Astroneer, the cute space sandbox and survival sim from System Era, will touch down for PlayStation 4 on November 15.

Set in the far flung future of the 25th century, Astroneer places players on a procedurally generated planet to build bases and explore the unknown world. It’s kind of like Minecraft with a message: System Era said that its game was borne out of a desire to ‘reflect the legacy and future of human space exploration, inspiring a sense of wonder and reverence for a beautiful universe.’ Lovely.

The PlayStation 4 release will include everything from the PC and Xbox One versions, along with the latest update that added the jetpack, jump-jet and player camera, and an exclusive suit and visor. Pre-orders are live now, and will offer a PlayStation 4 digital theme. A physical edition for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be released too.

Astroneer will launch on PlayStation 4 on November 15. Watch the announcement trailer below.
