Anthem developer BioWare has revealed plans to add a test server for the PC version of its troubled loot-shooter.

Speaking in a development update on Reddit, the studio said the test server will help the team get a better understanding of what players are enjoying, and the areas that still need a bit of polishing up.

While only confirmed for PC at this point, BioWare did reveal that there's a chance the test server may come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

'[We] want to provide more ways to get your feedback and for you to tell us what you think is fun (or not fun),' said BioWare. 'To facilitate this we plan to introduce a Player Feedback Environment (PFE), an opportunity to get your feedback before we go live with major features (in the short term for PC only).'

Anthem recently received an important update that added the ability to switch out gear while on a mission, although BioWare had to delay a number of key features for its 90-day roadmap, including the Cataclysm, until a later date.
