A Way Out is the new game from the creators of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons that was announced at the EA Play event at E3.

A Way Out is a story-driven, split-screen co-op title where you help each other in an effort to escape prison and stay away from the law.

Writer and Director Josef Varez took to the stage at E3 explaining that the reason his studio Hazelight created A Way Out was because he wanted a co-op game to play that wasn’t drop in-drop out.

There are instances when the player on the left will be in the middle of a cutscene, and the player on the right will be able to control his character. It looks like one of the more interesting co-op games in quite a while, to be fair.
