In Marvel Rivals, players often use unique terminology to secure a competitive advantage. Terms such as MVP (Most Valuable Player) and SVP (Second Valuable Player) have emerged as crucial metrics for evaluating player performance and influence during matches. The MVP title highlights the exceptional player from the victorious team, emphasizing their crucial contribution to clinching the win. On the other hand, SVP shines a spotlight on the standout player from the losing team, celebrating their talent despite the setback. The accolades serve to elevate the game’s prestige while allowing players to assess their performance across different roles, whether they’re unleashing damage as a Duelist or offering vital support as a Strategist. One term that is frequently used by the community is ACE. The term serves a dual purpose in Marvel Rivals and here’s what it means in the game.
Ace term meaning in Marvel Rivals

The term Ace in Marvel Rivals means one of two things when used – first when a player secures an Ace elimination by eliminating the entire team, which is all six enemies in quick succession, and second, if you’re a top performer for your team which is when you’re about to either become an MVP or an SVP. When you are towards the endgame in Marvel Rivals and wipe the entire enemy team, you trigger an Ace, which is a yellow pop-up that shows up on your screen. At the same time, if you’re the best player on your team, you’ll notice an Ace icon right next to your name in the scoreboard menu.
How to get an Ace in Rivals

To trigger an Ace, all you need to do is strategize your teamplay and be the best player in your team. You can choose a balanced team composition that truly allows you to become the Ace player for your team.
