According to Blizzard’s retrospective blog post, players will now be able to earn 1500 Overwatch Credits as free rewards. An additional 500 Credits can be earned by progressing through the Season 3 Battle Pass. Unfortunately, the price of each Legendary skin that you’ll be able to purchase is worth 1500 Credits each, which means you’ll only be able to one per season.

Apparently, the developers are also planning on introducing more uses for Credits in order “to ensure that all players feel rewarded for the time they spend playing.” When these additions arrive, however, is another matter entirely as Blizzard is yet to provide a specific date for the next significant patch.
