Many editions of Zelda over the years have featured cheat codes, specific combinations of button inputs that would grant you such things as extra life hearts or infinite bombs. However, the answer is, unfortunately, no, Tears of the Kingdom doesn’t have any cheat codes. This is not to say there won’t be unintended ways around certain objectives and aims though.
It could even be argued that the brand new Tears of the Kingdom Ascend ability is a cheat code of sorts, after developers confirmed that that is how it started life. They used it in debug version of the game to avoid having to navigate back out of long cave systems and from there got the idea to incorporate it fully into the game.
