EA Sports has made a series of announcements so far regarding the new gameplay features coming to Super Mega Baseball 4. Down below, we list the two most important ones that have been touched upon so far.
200 Baseball Legends
The biggest gameplay feature EA Sports has revealed, comes down to the fact that Super Mega Baseball 4 will have a stacked collection of 200 former pro baseball Legends fans will be able to use in the game. From David Ortiz, Babe Ruth, Willy Mays, John Franco, and much more, fans will be able to play in a league of iconic Legends with teams organized by era, will have the opportunity to change things up with Shuffle Draft, or even play with four rotating Legends on each Pennant Race roster.
Shuffle Draft
Speaking of Shuffle Draft, this is an exciting community requested feature that is coming to Super Mega Baseball 4. Similarly to that of Ultimate Team for other sports video games, Shuffle Draft is a new deck building feature that lets fans select a variety of Legends and Super Mega All-Stars to create a special, hand-picked team. The conditional player trait system has now been expanded into Team Chemistry and Expansive Traits – with 55 of the 75 total traits being new – to make roster-building deeper and an integral aspect of the feature.
