How to Get Sprigatito
Another feature that’s pretty common for all starter Pokémon is that they can’t be found in the wild. You can only encounter them during your first meeting with Professor Sada or Turo.
Don’t despair, though. This doesn’t mean you can’t get Sprigatito if you don’t pick it as your starter. You can still trade with a friend who has a spare one.

How to Evolve Floragato into Meowscarada
Evolving Floragato into Meowscarada takes a little more time since you have to level it up to level 36. However, you can utilize the new Pokémon Picnic feature to boost your XP gain.
Another good idea is to train near ponds and oceans, as Water-type Pokémon tend to spawn there. Floragato will make quick work of them with its super-effective Grass type moves. With that said, you should take note that, just like its’ pre-evolutions, Meowscarada doesn’t appear in the wild.
