Can You Evolve Cyclizar?
Unfortunately, there is no way to evolve your baby Cyclizar. Even though the Pokemon looks an awful lot like the Box Art Legendaries, Koraidon and Miraidon, there is no item or level that’ll allow you to unlock Cyclizar to a legendary Pokemon.

Where To Find Cyclizar
Even though the giant lizard can’t be evolved, it doesn’t steal from the fact that it’s still a pretty viable Pokemon to have in your kit. This leads to the question: where exactly to find a Cyclizar?

Fortunately, Cyclizar can be found roaming around in many regions of Paldea. Most commonly, it’s spotted near the East Province (Area Two) and the West Province (Area Two). However, with the Pokemon’s domestication in the region of Paldea, you’ll seldom see a Cyclizar roaming in the wild amongst a group of other Pokemons. Therefore, if you manage to locate Cyclizar, don’t miss your chance to catch it!

Once you capture it, you can hop on its back and cruise through Paldea at a top speed of 120 km/h. Alternatively, you can always take it out into battle as well, utilizing his Shed Tail to confuse your opponents mid-battle.
