How many playthroughs are needed to 100% Nobody Wants to Die?

Technically, you’ll only need one playthrough to complete Nobody Wants to Die, but only if you make a backup save right before the end.

SPOILER WARNING

There are two endings to the game, each of which provides an achievement for completing. When you reach the final chapter, Central Park, you need to make a backup save. When you complete one ending, load up your backup save and do the other ending to earn both achievements, letting you 100% the game in one playthrough.

If you fail to make a backup save, you will have to play through the entire game again to get your 100%. It’s not a long game, so it wouldn’t be the end of the world, but it’s a lot more effort than simply making yourself a second save.
