There are a few reasons that a code might not work after you enter it. Here are the most common reasons why that might happen:

• Check for typos and capitalization – Always check that you’ve typed in the code correctly. The easiest way to avoid any issues is to directly copy and paste from the table above. Similarly, some codes will be case-sensitive, so once again, copying them directly is the way to go.
• The code has expired – Make sure that you’re using active codes. Expired codes can’t be redeemed. This goes for most Roblox games, like Evade and Volleyball Legends. Some codes can be time or redeem-number-sensitive and will only work a certain number of times or up until a certain date.

Besides using codes to get more Cash, you should also make sure to log in every day. Once per day, when you log in to My Hotel, you will get the Daily reward. Just remember that you can only claim those rewards once each day. Next, you have Rewards, which grant you free stuff the longer you are logged in. In other words, the longer your playing session is, the more (and better) rewards you will get.

Moving on, there is the ever-popular Season Pass. You progress down the Season Pass by completing the daily, weekly, and seasonal Quests. Open the Quests window, and you will see what tasks you have to do. The Season Pass offers rewards like Cash, Gems, Chests, and more. Lastly, if you join the My Hotel Roblox Community, you can claim 50 Gems for free.
