The World Series Program has officially arrived in MLB The Show 23. Following the epic victory by the Texas Rangers, San Diego Studios is adding new player cards, missions, and moments to commemorate the historic series win. It will introduce a top-rated Corey Seager card and more. Here’s what you need to know.

MLB The Show 23 starts World Series Program

The MLB The Show 23 World Series Program was officially added on November 10. That Friday, the final program from the season was introduced. It gives fans a chance to earn a 99-overall diamond Corey Seager. After a wondrous series, the Texas Rangers shortstop was given his second career World Series MVP award and gets a great card in MLB The Show as a result.

The program demands 100 program stars to earn this card. There are missions and moments, which will allow players to relive and replay key moments from the 2023 Fall Classic as well as years past. You cna try and recreate the walk-off blast Adolis Garcia had in Game 1 or repeat Merrill Kelly’s success in Game 2. There are 10 total Flashbacks to be earned in the game, including Ketel Marte and Seager.

All told, you can earn these diamonds:

  • Corey Seager, SS Texas Rangers (99 OVR)
  • Ketel Marte, 2B Arizona Diamondbacks (99 OVR)
  • Nathan Eovaldi, SP Texas Rangers (99 OVR)
  • Andrew Heaney, SP Texas Rangers (99 OVR)
  • Tommy Pham, RF Arizona Diamondbacks (99 OVR)
  • Jose Leclerc, RP Texas Rangers (98 OVR)
  • Geraldo Perdomo, SS Arizona Diamondbacks (98 OVR)
  • Jon Gray, RP Texas Rangers (97 OVR)
  • Travis Jankowski, RF Texas Rangers (97 OVR)
  • Ryne Nelson, RP Arizona Diamondbacks (97 OVR)

By doing the aforementioned missions and more, you can earn a lot of really good players to either sell for stubs or put into your lineup. That’s all for the MLB The Show 23 World Series Program, but be sure to check out all the info on Season 5 and when MLB The Show 24 comes out.
