Is FIFA 23 Crossplay?
For the first time ever, players can play with each other whether they play on PlayStation or Xbox. This is going to be very similar to how the updated Ultimate Team Market works, you will only be able to play with players who are on the same version of the game.

Crossplay will be available in all game modes excluding one. Pro Clubs, the popular FIFA game mode where you play individual roles in a team with friends, will be the only online mode not to feature crossplay.
This move from EA has been very controversial and the fan base have been very vocal about their dissatisfaction. There may be hope though, with EA stating they will hope to add crossplay to Pro Clubs later down the line.
