Verify the game files
To verify the files, start by opening the Steam app. Once this is done, access your game library and search for Helldivers 2. In the game menu, select the gear icon to manage the game and then select properties. Go to the section of the menu that says “Installed Files.” From there, select the “Verify Integrity of Files” option.”

Run the game as an administrator
To run as an administrator, start by accessing the game through your Steam library. From there, right-click on the game to bring up a small menu. Go to manage and then select “browse local files.” Access the ‘bin’ folder and then locate the .exe file. Right-click on the file and select “run as administrator.”
