White Widow and Winter Soldier are two new Marvel characters coming to Fortnite. Both of them will come to the shop on April 30, but you have a chance to get one of them for free. Not only will White Widow be available for free for a limited time, but you will also get a chance to unlock her five days before her shop release.
In this article, we’ll explain how to unlock the White Widow Fortnite skin for free. The skin will have limited quantities, and you will have to compete for it with other players.
How to unlock White Widow skin in Fortnite?
On Friday, April 25, you will have a chance to compete in the Thunderbolts Fortnite Cup. This is a Duos Battle Royale tournament that brings three cosmetics for free. By being one of the top performers in your region, you will unlock the White Widow skin. However, you can also unlock two wraps by simply earning points in the tournament.
This is how high you need to rank in each Fortnite region to unlock the White Widow skin:

The bigger the region, the more winners it will have. Keep in mind that both you and your Duos partner will receive the skin by finishing near or at the top.
Besides the skin, you can unlock two wraps (White Widow and Winter Soldier) by earning 40 and eight points respectively. These cosmetic items do not have limited quantities, so you will unlock them by reaching the point threshold. Each elimination grants you two points while winning a game is worth 65. Due to this, you can theoretically unlock the wraps in a single game.
