Epic Games has released hundreds of free cosmetics in Fortnite over the past few years. While the community mostly wants free skins, many other items have come out, from pickaxes to gliders. The good news is that this won’t stop anytime soon, as the game developer just released a free glider you can add to your Fortnite locker. In this guide, you can find out how to unlock the Rivaled Sailer Glider for free. You have a month to do this process, but make sure to do it before the item expires.
How to get a new free glider in Fortnite
If you don’t live under a rock, you’ve likely heard of Marvel Rivals by now. This free-to-play game was released on December 6, and you can earn a free Fortnite item by playing it. Epic Games has collaborated with Marvel many times in the past, so this is no surprise. Thanks to this partnership, you can now unlock the Rivaled Sailer Glider for free.
To do this, you need to download Marvel Rivals and complete 10 matches. The game is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. However, to get the reward on a PC, you will have to download the game through the Epic Games Store.
You can unlock the free glider in Fortnite for a limited time. The promotion began on December 6, and you have until January 6, 10:59 PM Eastern Time, to add it to your locker. If you miss this opportunity, you will be able to purchase the Rivaled Sailer Glider from the Item Shop at a later date.
