To help you get started, here’s a list of all the Fallout London Settlement locations.
Fallout London Settlement Locations
In total, there are seven settlement locations in Fallout London:
Settlement | Requirement |
---|---|
Biggin Hill Airport | Complete the Druid’s quest. |
Camden | Complete Apahe’s quest. |
Covent Gardens | Clear the hooligans occupying Camden to unlock the workbench. |
Lambeth Walk | Go south of the Imperial War Museum and look for the anti-air guns and bunker. You’ll find a legendary badger creature guarding a workbench on a side street. |
London Bridge | Have 8 Intelligence, Local Leader or Cannibal traits, and speak to Beefy on London Bridge. |
Vauxhall Constriction | Find the Construction site on the southeast side of the Vauxhall swamp, located on the southwest side of the Thames River. |
Wandsworth | Go to the tennis museum near the lake and clear out the Hooligans. |
Biggin Hill Airport settlement
Travel south from the Swan and Mitre landmark located in the southeast section of the map. It should be me marked after completing the train crash. You’ll run into landmarks like the Bromley College and Trinity Church. From there, turn west and follow the road until you reach the airport landing strip. Speak to High Priest Gordo, the faction leader, to get a quest chain. You’ll need to complete two quests to unlock the Biggin Hill Airport Settlement.

Camden settlement
Progress the main story until you can access the Camden area located in the northwest of the map. While in the region, interact with an NPC called Apache and complete their quest chain to unlock the settlement. You can also get a player house in Camden if you join the Pistols faction in Camden.
Covent Garden settlement
Start at the entrance to the Eastminister slums then follow the road directly east. You should have a map marker for Trafalgar Square from the intro quests. The Eastminster slums are next to the market. Once you’re in the Slums, spot the chem dealer vendor on your left after a few scrap walls then a big gate on the right that leads you into Covent Garden. You can find the settlement workbench nearby There’s no quest to access it, but you have to kill all the hooligans present. If you’re struggling to follow that route, head west from the Monument and the Strand, which you visit as part of the main storyline with the Ferryman.
Lambeth Walk settlement
Travel northeast of the Vauxhall’s Construction Site settlement location to a Flak Encampment. From the western side of the Flak, you can find a broken townhouse with a gap to a small area. The area is guarded by a legendary badger creature called a Radger but also leads into Lambeth Walk. You’ll find another workbench near a building next to the fallen tree. Alternatively, you can find the Flak Encampment south of the Imperial War Museum, the main HQ for the Tommies faction.
London Bridge settlement
Head to Tower Bridge and to the next bridge going west, London Bridge. Speak to NPC near the bridge who will demand a fee to cross. If you have any of the following traits or stats, you can get the bridge as a settlement: 5 CHR, 8 INT, Cannibal, or Local Leader. You’ll now be able to access the settlement workbench on Tower Bridge.
Vauxhall Construction Site settlement
Vauxhall is directly opposite the river from Westminster in the southwest of the map. Westminster is the large walled-off fortress you can see on the map on the northern and western side of the river. Head south of the Vauxhall swamp (the part of Vauxhall closest to the river) to find the construction site. There’s no quest to unlock it. Turn up and head into the cabin by the entrance to access the settlement bench.
Tennis Museum settlement
To the very southwest of the map near the Wimbledon Tennis Court, you’ll can find the Museum next to the lake. The area tends to be fairly high level so be careful.
