To kick-start the Raising Spirits side quest, interact with the Guard Boza NPC stationed in the northeast of Kyovashad. You can track down their location by opening the map and looking for the blue exclamation mark next to the World Tier Statue.

After chatting with Guard Boza, go to the blue circle at the barracks marked on your map, a short walk north. Here, you’ll find a group of soldiers loitering near a brazier and a set of training dummies.
