You’ll get the Dead Island 2 Cable Guy’s Van Keys by killing the Cable Guy walking back and forth on the stretch of Alpine Drive just east of Curtis’ mansion and north of the GOAT Pen in Bel Air. The Cable Guy only shows up after you begin the O Michael, Where Art Thou? main story quest in Emma Jaunt’s mansion in Bel Air. The stretch of Alpine drive you want is between Emma Jaunt’s mansion and the GOAT Pen mansion.

By this point you’ll have encountered Shocking Walkers, electrified zombies that cause shock damage. The Cable Guy is similar to a Shocking Walker in that he discharges electricity if you get too close and is immune to Maiming weapons like katanas and machetes. For the best results, you’ll want to use a bulldozer-type weapon like a hammer. The Cable Guy has more health than a normal zombie and causes more damage so fight defensively. He’ll drop the Dead Island 2 Cable Guy’s Van keys when you kill him.
