25.   Litleo

This Fire – Type Pokémon based on a lion’s cub is absolutely adorable, especially with the red mohawk. With its big round eyes and tiny paws, even though this Pokémon can pack a punch, you still wouldn’t be able to hold yourself back, not wanting to smother it.

24.   Dratini

With a sleek, smooth body and cute blue eyes, this water serpent shows how cuteness can be achieved with might. Dratini is a Dragon-Type Pokémon, with a rounded snout, pretty fins at the side of his head, and innocent exterior more than makeup for it. It used to be a considered a mythical Pokémon since it was so difficult to find, Dratini would live in small underwater colonies. If you’re a fan of Pokémon and played the second generation games, this Pokémon will strike your nostalgia nerve.

23.   Cubchoo

This Ice – Type teddy bear has become one the most famous plushies that the Pokémon Company has made, and most people adore its runny nose. The fun fact about Cubchoo is that if it doesn’t have a runny nose, it is actually sick, so a runny nose is a sign of health among them.

23.   Emolga

A flying squirrel, this Electric – Type Pokémon is adorable, especially when it used to attract in the anime, with flying hearts surrounding it; Emolga’s cuteness was overpowered. It has round black eyes with yellow dots on its cheeks. The Pokémon was first introduced in black and white; the big ears, fluffy tail, and cute wings this Pokémon has are all to die for. Emolga is said to be based on the Japanese dwarf flying squirrel, which can be derived from its name.

22.   Sobble

This four-legged Water – Type bursts into tears any time it is scared, which is hilarious and so adorable at the same time. The light blue hue and fluffy tail add to its cuteness even though his face has a large frown. You just want to squish him with a firm hug which might be challenging because Sobble goes invisible or transparent whenever it gets wet.

21.   Munchlax

One of the most popular plushies that Pokémon has created is Munchlax, which is for a good reason. Snorlax, even in Pokémon Red, Green, and Blue, you would have to use the flute to wake up, but it was one of the coziest, biggest and strongest Pokémon in the games. Munchlax is the pre-form of Snorlax, and it was introduced in the wave of baby Pokémon that Game Freak brought on in Diamond and Pearl. This cute Pokémon has big cute paws and feet, and his face looks like he’s always wearing a mask. There are only three things on this adorable trouble makers mind: mischief, sleep, and food.

20.   Azurill

Another Pokémon that was a part of the wave of baby Pokémon is Azurill. This extremely puffy blue ball of happiness is just wonderful to look at; its entire existence is that of a Plushy. What makes it even cuter is that its tail is very bouncy and Azurill can usually be seen bouncing on it. From its fuzz ball of a tail to cute tiny ears, pitter-patting feet, and white dots on its cheeks, this Water – Type Pokémon will never fail to bring a smile to your face.

19.   Growlithe

The Fire – Type Pokémon Arcanine used to be everyone’s second favorite Fire – Type Pokémon next to Charizard. Still, most of them always loved Arcanine as well. He was the go-to Fire – Type if you didn’t start with Charmander, but we’re talking about his pre-evolved form, Growlithe, which is very cute. This fuzzy tiger – Esque Pokémon is very cute and cuddly. He is a highly loyal and friendly Pokémon is just a wonderful sight for sore eyes and honestly can play the role of “A man’s best friend.” Even though Growlithe is usually friendly, try not to get on its bad side since they are very protective of their trainer and their territory, which makes you want to get one even more.

18.   Squirtle

This turtle-inspired Kanto starter couldn’t hide his cuteness even with the cool shades he wore while he was part of the Squirtle squad gang. This Water – Type Pokémon has tiny legs, hands, and a cute fluffy tail. Its round face and big brown eyes fill you with joy, but don’t be fooled; even though it’s based on a turtle, Squirtle is quick, and his hits pack a punch. Squirtle’s shell not only protects it from enemies and danger but is also designed in a way that would let it swim at very fast speeds.

16.   Lillipup

If you’re a dog person and you like Pokémon, there are a few amazing ones for you, for coolness, you would pick Houndoom or Arcanine, but if you’re going for cuteness, then one of the best choices would be Lillipup. This puppy Pokémon is a sight for sore eyes and very jolly altogether; it has tiny paws, a small tail, and a cute fuzzy face. We love how cute Lillipup is, and its evolved form is also appealing. Still, they can’t achieve the cuteness element that Lillipuff presents. The fur on Lillipuff isn’t just there to be cute; it also functions as a radar sensor which helps it understand its environment. This cute Pokémon is also very courageous and fights even strongest opponents with bravery but when it goes on a disadvantage, it flees.

15.   Mantyke

Mantyke has a very distinct design, making it straightforward to deduce where it’s inspired from. Still, the additions made to it make it very charming. Mantyke has two white eyes on the sides of his face, which are engulfed in a black circle that looks like eyeliner. Mantyke is always smiling, which adds to its charm; its dark blue at the top and light blue at the bottom. Mantyke are extremely friendly Pokémon, and in ocean parks or beaches, they help humans and even guide them to fun and obscure locations to enjoy.

14.   Clefairy

It is one of the most iconic cute Pokémon in the series, first introduced in Pokémon Red, Green, and Blue. Clefairy has brown pointy ears, a puff of pink hair at the front, and small eyes with pink marks on her cheek. This Pokémon is said to be extremely shy and was first encountered by the player and Ash Ketchum on Mount Moon. Clefairy is a Fairy – Type Pokémon that loves the moonlight and even dances under it. It is said that as the sun goes up, the Clefairy go back to sleep.

13.   Teddiursa

Do you love Teddy bears? Have you ever wanted your Teddy Bear to become your best friend and act on it? Well, Teddiursa is the Pokémon for you. This mischievous Pokémon knows that it is charming and cuddly and takes advantage of it. With cute tiny paws, small rounded black eyes, and a crescent on its forehead, Teddiursa is a Pokémon you want to keep on you at all times. With such a lovely and friendly appearance, you wouldn’t know that this Pokémon evolves into the deadly Ursaring. If you don’t know, Teddiursa has somewhat of a resemblance to Yogi Bear. His crescent even starts to glow whenever he is near Beedrill pollen since that’s how he gets honey.

12.   Pachirisu

Another electric squirrel on the list, this time, it’s even cuter. Pachirisu is cute, tiny, and adorable with its fuzzy tail, pretty design, and cute yellow spots on its cheeks. This Pokémon is very wary of others and likes to live among the treetops. Pachirisu stores nuts and electrically charged fur balls in trees to store energy.

11.   Shaymin

This hedgehog-inspired mythical Pokémon is as effective as it is cute. It always has this attractive look on its face, especially with the pink flowers on its sides. The grassy back it has makes this Pokémon feel like a walking flower bed, and that’s not to mention that Shaymin can easily create flower beds wherever it uses its powers. Shaymin also has a Sky form that turns into a stronger dog and deer – esque Pokémon, which is cute in its own right.

10. Skitty

This cute feline is always smiling; it has pink fur, big ears, and cuddles around itself in a way that forces an awww out of you. It’s so well-rounded from its face to its tail, and that’s another topic. Its cute tail has a large yellow puff ball at its end that looks very cute but is very deadly by inflating and deflating it to intimidate enemies. Skitty is just a unique Pokémon, and if you like cats, you will love this pink puffball.

9. Jirachi

This golden star is the poster child of cuteness. Introduced in the third generation, Jirachi is a Pokémon that tries to fulfill the wishes of humans. Jirachi is shaped in such a charming way with cute tiny hands and legs; it has cape – esque flaps on its back and a mark on its stomach that’s curved. It has the cutest face, big blue eyes, and a big smile that hits your heart. This rare mythical Pokémon is said to hibernate for decades. It would wake up to go and grant wishes which might often not go the way you would like to, but you can’t get mad at a Pokémon as cute as Jirachi.

8. Vulpix

One of the Pokémon classics, every Pokémon fan knows and calls Vulpix cute. This reddish–brown fox Pokémon has several cute fluffy tails and is based on Japanese mythology, which is why its evolved form is one of the coolest Pokémon ever; Ninetails. It is a Fire – Type Pokémon with fire residing deep inside its core, allowing it to gain mastery over the element. When The Pokémon Company introduced the Alolan forms, Vulpix was one of the Pokémon who received an Alolan form which is extremely cute as well, that Vulpix is all white with blue eyes and an Ice – Type Pokémon. With two different forms of Vulpix, we get double the cuteness.

7. Spheal

If you want cute Water Type Pokémon, look no further, Spheal is the chubbiest ball of cuteness you will ever see. If you throw it in water, it doesn’t sink but just floats. It resembles a ball with the features of a seal, cute tusks, and a tail. Spheals prefer being on the ground and just pitter-patter around. It’s difficult for me to identify Spheal as a Pokémon because it always feels like a plushy to me and that’s because its body is covered with plushy fur so it never feels the cold. Not to mention it always looks happy, making you smile if you ever have one near you.

6. Fuecoco

The following Pokémon is one of the newer introductions to the Pokémon roster, the Fire Type starter Fuecoco. It’s just colored and created in such an adorable way, based on a crocodile and a T-Rex; you would think that it would be ferocious, but it’s the exact opposite. It has a tiny red body, a big white face, and a cute tail. The feet are large, but the arms are small, like that of a T-Rex, and it is just adorable. Fuecoco feels like a Pokémon you would want constant hugs from since it seems warm and fuzzy.

5. Piplup

The added roundness, tiny feet, and pretty fins add to its cuteness. Even with its extreme cuteness, it wouldn’t hug you; it won’t even take your food since Piplup are very prideful. They can go underwater in cold climates for more than ten minutes and work for their food but won’t take handouts. That hurts since all you want to do is feed them and squish their very existence.

4. Togepi

One of the original baby Pokémon that The Pokémon Company ever introduced. With a small egg-like body and a spiky head, Togepi retains its eggshell and just grows tiny feet and hands. It has small beady eyes and a face that’s always smiling. The body of its shell has red and blue markings. It almost became the second mascot of Pokémon during the second generation. Togepi had charming moments in the anime as well; the best part about it is that when people are sad, Togepi can release positive energy that it stores in its shell to brighten the mood. So not only does its cuteness make you happy, but Togepi also gives you a dose of happiness.

3. Mew

This mythical Pokémon became a phenomenon when Pokémon was first released, and the truck rumor from Pokémon Red is still going on even to this day. This Pinkish – Purple Pokémon is a solid psychic type Pokémon said to be the first ever. It has short arms, tiny legs, and a long tail. Its mischievous and light-hearted good nature pushes it up the rankings in our list. This Pokémon is not only extraordinarily adorable but also one of the strongest Pokémon of all time. It would make anyone go awww, and that’s just how good it was designed.

2. Eevee

Eevee can get a list of its own with the number of Eeveelutions now. It is an iconic mascot of the Pokémon Company with years of history; Eevee takes the best aspects of dogs and cats and combines them to create a cute fluffy Pokémon. It has brown fur, a white furry mane around its neck, and a cute fluffy tail with large ears. It has big brown eyes, a tiny nose, and a pretty smile. Evee is an interesting Pokémon who’s DNA makeup is unstable and effected by its surroundings.

1. Pikachu

That’s right the number 1 cute Pokemon is Pikachu. The Pokémon Company has tried changing the mascot a few times and even introduced Pichu as a pre-evolved form. With all that, The Pokémon Company got it right the first time and is still strong. Everyone who’s heard about Pokémon knows Pikachu, with a cute, cuddly design, tiny arms and legs, and a bolt as a tail; it’s the best-known Pokémon of all time. This electric mouse Pokémon has been Ash’s companion for decades now and was the first Pokémon ever to grace our childhoods. Pikachu has become such an iconic Pokémon that the Pokémon Company can’t go on without it.
