For a good while, Call of Duty games has been implementing classes for players to choose from, each with their own specialized abilities. CoD mobile is no different in this regard, as there are a variety of classes to choose from in that game too.

One thing unique to CoD Mobile, however, is that because it’s a mobile game, new classes get added to the game all the time. One of those new classes is called the Quick Strike class. Not only is it the newest class, but the class players have been looking forward to the most as well.

CoD Mobile Quick Strike 2

We’re here to tell you how to unlock this class for yourself, as well as what abilities you get by equipping this class.

How to Get Quick Strike

Unfortunately, there’s currently no way to get the Quick Strike class in CoD Mobile, as the CoD mission that gave this as a reward to players who completed it was a limited time event, and has since then gone away.

The seasonal event was called ‘fancy footwork’, and it had players complete a chain of missions, with every mission giving rewards to the players depending on the difficulty of it. After completing the fifth one, players were rewarded with the Quick Strike class.

The five missions players had to complete were

Mission 1

Land at the Stadium 3 times (Battle Royale) OR Kill 5 enemies at the Stadium (Battle Royale)

Mission 2

Use Class chips 5 times at Battle Royale matches

Mission 3

Loot 3 assault rifles in Battle Royale

Mission 4

Kill 10 enemies with assault rifles in Battle Royale

Mission 5

Travel 1000 meters with the hoverbike in Battle Royale

As soon as a player completed the fifth mission of this seasonal event, they were rewarded with the Quick Strike event immediately.

How Does the Quick Strike Work

If you were one of the few lucky players who were able to get Quick Strike, or if you just want to know how it works, then the main thing you need to know is that it utilized a katana, much like a samurai would.

The main reason players were excited about this class was that it has the potential to be able to block bullets. Granted, it can only dodge upper body bullets when dashing, but that’s still a major advantage in a game like Call of Duty.

The dash strike damage dealt to enemies is determined by distance, with more distance resulting in more damage dealt. However, even with the maximum amount of damage dealt, it’s impossible to kill a full health enemy in one strike.

Finally, there’s great mobility potential because of the strike being able to travel upwards as well. Many players use the dash strike ability as a way to climb open window buildings or to cover short distances quicker.

Final Thoughts

Even though Quick Strike can’t be unlocked for now, that doesn’t mean there won’t be another way to get your hands on it for yourself in the future. We suggest you keep an eye out for any new seasonal event that pops up. After all, who knows when they decide to give away this awesome class again to players.
