The Gunfighter Wildcard allows you to select eight attachments instead of five. For maximum performance, this is the strongest Wildcard to use in this particular loadout.
Up first is the Accu-Spot Reflex providing a crystal clear view of the targets you’re aiming at. For a boost in damage output, the Long Barrel is the way to go thanks to its enhancements to range and bullet velocity. Recoil is extremely low with this KSV build thanks to the pairing of the Compensator and the Recoil Springs. This ensures no amount of kick disrupts accuracy in the heat of battle. For additional stability, we’ve selected the Heavy Stock to minimise the flinch generated when an opponent manages to land their shots. SMGs are extremely mobile which is where the Ergonomic Grip comes into its own thanks to faster slide-to-fire, sprint-to-fire, and aim-down sight speeds.

Once the best attachments for the weapon are ready for battle, selecting Perks and equipment is the next step to creating the ultimate loadout. Here’s what we recommend using.
Perks
- Perk 1: Ninja
- Perk 2: Fast Hands
- Perk 3: Double Time
Ninja suppresses your footsteps making it much easier to get behind enemy lines during matches. Fast Hands increases your weapon swap speed, allowing you to switch between the SMG and your preferred secondary weapon as fast as possible. The third and final perk is Double Time which doubles the length of Tac Sprint along with improving its refresh rate for maximum mobility.
If you want to add a Combat Specialty, the trio of Ninja, Tracker, and Cold-Blooded gives access to the Recon Speciality which allows you to see through walls for short periods of time.

There’s nothing better to deal additional damage than a perfectly cooked Frag Grenade. Throw it into a busy objective for maximum impact. If the opposition survives the initial blast, follow up with a Concussion to slow their movement enough for you to secure the elimination. Finally, the Trophy System is the strongest Field Upgrade thanks to its grenade-blocking abilities.
Best alternatives to KSV
Each SMG available in Black Ops 6 has a set of unique characteristics to suit specific style of play. If you’re not achieving success with the KSV, the C9 could be an excellent alternative. For those who want some additional long-range firepower, the LW3A1 is dominant in long-distance duels.
